This Chenin Blanc is the classic Vouvray. Comes from the famous Loire Valley village of Vouvray, and a tiny vineyard called Fosses d'Hareng. The Vouvray is an appellation's established in 1936 the most famous grape variety is Chenin Blanc .But also a secondary grape variety called Orbois blanc is permited (no more than 5%). Located East of the city of Tours and extending over 8 communes (Towns) .Beding on the right side of Loire river in border with his tributary the Brenne water .This towns have the previlege to be produced Vouvray; Chançay, Noizay, Reugny, Rochecorbon, Tours Sainte-Radegonde, Vernou sur Brenne, Vouvray, Parcay-Meslay.
