Prosecco Brut, Le Colture, DOC Treviso N/V
Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine, usually produced dry or extra dry from the Glera grape But other grapes varieties is in the proccess to make this easy drink bubble wine . Usually produced in the Friuli Venezia Guila dn Hento regions it is now a DOC and gained much popularity as cheap but still brilliant substitute to Champagne.
The Le Colture family vineyard is located in Santo Stefanto di Valdobbiadene village,into the heart of Prosecco country. It is here, high in the lush, green hills around Cartizze that the Ruggeri family has been tending its winery since the 1500s. Centuries of winemaking heritage are upheld today at Le Colture by Cesare and Renato Ruggeri to make some superb wines
