While the 28-hectare Mont du Toit wine estate vines varies from 9 to 23 plus years. Grapes are handpicked and meticulously sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used for vinification. With a Mediterranean-style climate and complex soils Le Mont du Toits’ unremitting pursuit of quality is the real driving force behind the estate’s success.
Tasting notes: Red garnet . Elegant, subtle fruit flavours with r ed fruit with warm spice ,complemented by a lovely freshness. Vivid and powerful, dark-fruited, Slight spiciness. A complex bodied and l ingering mouth feel.
