Our Chablis les deux rives come from vineyards in the very heart of Chablis. The winemaker looks for real ripeness here, which is reflected in his wine. Olivier Lefaivre ,a well know wine producer make this Chablis from Chardonnay grape selected from both sides of the Serein River. The age of the majority of the vines is more than 30 years and the grapes are harvested entirely by hand. The success of our Chablis is based in its quality and expression of terroir
