Emilie Laurance sparkling wine is made by the Ackerman winemakers in the Loire Valley. The Ackerman winery founded in 19th century, by a young Flemish man, Jean-Baptiste Ackerman .Today are the oldest fizzy wine company from the Loire Valle as it produces premium Traditional Method sparkling since 1811.The wine methode is the heritage from a rich banker's son who left Antwerp .Arrived in 1810 Champagne where he explored the hills and valleys of this chalky region and began to learn all the secrets of the famous drink concocted in the 17th Century by the Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon. Subsequently, he became the founder in Saumur of the “method traditionnelle”.
Tasting notes: Attractive floral aromas are complemented by zesty citrus fruit and delicate hint of vanilla trough to a refreshing palate with delliciously fruity finish.
