Barbera d'Alba DOC, La Tartufaia, Guilia Negri, Italy 2014
Giulia Negri is a child of Piedmont .The family owns the well-respected Serrandenari estate.From a small vineyard located North-West of the area. The winery used tradional method to proccess their cultures and wine are aged in a small number of barriques, many tonneaux and some large barrels. The Pinot Nero and the Langhe Bianco are aged in wood barrels for at least 12 months; the Barolo, at least thirty months.
Tating notes: Dark red , colour. A Full-bodied and richly fruity with persistent aromas. P alate with fruit being carried through and the acidity and tannins A tannic young Barbera with great elegance.
